ملخص المقالة :
هدف از اين پژوهش طراحي و اعتبار سنجي برنامه تنظيم هيجان خانواده محور و اثربخشي آن بر کنشهاي اجرايي و سطوح همدلي نوجوانان 14تا 18 ساله داراي اختلال نافرماني مقابلهاي بود. طرح پژوهشي نيمه آزمايشي از نوع پيش آزمون – پس آزمون و پيگيري با گروه کنترل بود. جامعۀ آماري اين پژوهش شامل تمامي نوجوان 14-18 ساله مبتلا به اختلال نافرماني مقابلهاي شهر تهران در نیمسال اول 1400-1401 بود. حجم نمونه شامل 32 نفر (16 نفر گروه آزمايش و 16 نفر گروه گواه) از جامعه آماري به شيوه نمونهگيري در دسترس انتخاب شده و در دو گروه گواه و آزمايش جايدهي شدند. براي گروه آزمايشي، برنامه تدوين شده تنظيم هيجان خانواده محور اجرا شد در حاليکه گروه کنترل هيچ آموزشي دريافت نکردند. ابزار پژوهش شامل مقياس مشکلات رفتاري نوجوانان (Achenbakh, 1991)، مقياس کنشهاي اجرايي کودکان و نوجوانان (Barkley, 2012) و پرسشنامه همدلي کودکان و نوجوانان (Overgaauw et al, 2017) بود. داده ها با استفاده از روشهاي آمار توصيفي و آزمون تحليل واريانس با اندازهگیری مکرر مورد تحليل قرار گرفت. نتايج نشان داد که مداخله تنظيم هيجان خانواده محور بر کنشهاي اجرايي و سطوح همدلي در مراحل پسآزمون و پيگيري تاثير معنيدار داشته است (001/0P<).يافتههاي اين پژوهش اطلاعات مفيدي را در ارتباط با برنامه تنظيم هيجان خانواده محور فراهم ميکند و مشاوران و روانشناسان ميتوانند براي بهبود کنشهاي اجرايي و سطوح همدلي در نوجوانان داراي اختلال نافرماني مقابلهاي از اين مداخله استفاده نمايند.
