اعتباریابی و رواسازی نسخۀ کوتاه پرسشنامۀ سرشت و منش (TCI-56) در دانشجویان

هدف از این پژوهش بررسی مشخصههای روانسنجی نسخۀ کوتاه پرسشنامۀ سرشت و منش در دانشجویان بود. این مطالعه توصیفی و از نوع پیمایشی بود. جامعۀ آماری پژوهش شامل تمامی دانشجویان مقطع کارشناسی دانشگاه پیام نور استان گیلان در سال تحصیلی 97- 1396 بود که به روش نمونهگیری تصادفی خوشهای چندمرحلهای، 350 نفر از دانشجویان (217 زن و 133 مرد) انتخاب شدند. برای جمعآوری دادهها از پرسشنامه سرشت و منش (Adan & et al, 2009) و پرسشنامه شخصیتی 5 عاملی نئو (Costa & McCrae, 1989) استفاده شد. ضرایب به دست آمده برای خردهمقیاسها بر اساس آلفای کرونباخ و بازآزمایی، نشان دهنده پایایی مناسب این ابزار بود. روایی همگرا از طریق ضریب همبستگی خردهمقیاسهای این پرسشنامه با پرسشنامۀ شخصیتی 5 عاملی نئو محاسبه گردید که ضرایب معنادار بودند. همچنین، بر اساس نتایج تحلیل عاملی تأییدی، هفت عامل ارائهشده در مدل Cloninger (نوجویی، آسیبپرهیزی، پاداش-وابستگی، پشتکار، خودراهبری، همکاری، خودفراروی)، از برازش خوبی برخوردار بود. با توجه به نتایج این مطالعه، میتوان مطرح نمود که نسخۀ کوتاه پرسشنامۀ سرشت و منش از اعتبار و روایی مطلوبی در نمونه ایرانی برخوردار است و جهت استفاده در زمینههای پژوهشی و بالینی مناسب است.
