مقایسه مشکلات روانشناختی در دختران نوجوان با و بدون مادر مبتلا به سرطان پستان

هدف از پژوهش حاضر مقایسه مشکلات روانشناختی در دختران نوجوان با و بدون مادر مبتلا به سرطان پستان بود. روش پژوهش توصیفی از نوع علی- مقایسهای بود. جامعه آماری شامل کل دختران نوجوان بین 13 تا 18 سال مراجعه کننده به بخش آنکولوژی بیمارستان آموزشی درمانی بیمارستان گلستان اهواز در سال 1396 بود و کل دختران نوجوان بین 13 تا 18 سال شهر اهواز بودند که مادر سرطانی نداشتند. به روش نمونهگیری در دسترس 57 آزمودنی برای گروه والد مبتلا (با میانگین سنی 31/16)و 57 نفر برای گروه فاقد والد مبتلا (با میانگین سنی 02/16) مشخص گردیدند و به پرسشنامههای جهتگیری منفی نسبت به مشکل (Robichuad & Dogus, 2005)مقیاس ناامیدی (Beck et al., 1974)و مقیاس استرس ادراکشده (Chohen et al., 1983) پاسخ دادند. تحلیل یافتهها با استفاده از تحلیل واریانس چند متغیری نشان داد که تفاوت معنیداری بین جهتگیری منفی نسبت به مشکل و نومیدی بین دو گروه وجود دارد (05/0 p<) به طوری که دختران دارای والد سرطانی جهت گیری نسبت به مشکل و نومیدی بیشتری برخوردار بودند اما در متغیر استرس ادراکشده تفاوت معنیداری بین دو گروه دختران نوجوان با والدین سرطانی و بدون والد سرطانی نبود (9/0 p =). نتایج این پژوهش نشان داد که عوامل روانشناختی در دختران نوجوان دارای والد مبتلا به سرطان باید مورد توجه قرار گیرد.
