اثربخشی آموزش رویکرد هیجان مدار به شیوه گروهی بر افسردگی و بهزیستی اجتماعی زنان آسیبدیده از خیانت زناشویی

ملخص المقالة :
هدف از این پژوهش بررسی اثر بخشی آموزش رویکرد هیجان مدار به شیوه گروهی بر افسردگی و بهزیستی اجتماعی زنان آسیبدیده از خیانت زناشویی بود. روش این پژوهش نیمه آزمایشی از نوع پیش آزمون- پس آزمون با گروه کنترل بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش کلیه زنان مراجعهکننده به مراکز مشاوره منطقه هفده شهر تهران با مشکل اختلال در بهزیستی اجتماعی و افسردگی ناشی از خیانت همسر در سال 1397 بود. نمونه مورد مطالعه شامل ۲۰ نفر در دو گروه ۱۰ نفری (آزمایش و کنترل) بود. ابزار پژوهش پرسشنامه افسردگی (Beck, 1961) و پرسشنامه بهزیستی اجتماعی (Keys, 1998) بود. سپس افرادی که در گروه آزمایش قرار داشتند طی ۱۰ جلسه طبق پروتکل رویکرد هیجانمدار (Ranjbar, 2014) تحتآموزش قرار گرفتند. پس از پایان آموزشها، هر دو گروه دوباره ارزیابی شدند. دادهها با استفاده از روش تحلیل کواریانس و بوسیله نرمافزار SPSS تحلیل شد. یافتههای پژوهش نشان دادند که آموزش رویکرد هیجانمدار بهطور معناداری موجب کاهش افسردگی (00/0=p) و افزایش بهزیستی اجتماعی (00/0 =p) زنان آسیبدیده از خیانت زناشویی شد. توصیف هیجانات اولیه و ثانویه و توجه به هیجانات، دلایلی بود که موجب کاهش هیجانات منفی و اصلاح روابط تنشزا میشد.
