مطالعۀ کیفی احساس گناه و شرم انتقالیافته از والدین به نوجوانان پسرِ دارای سابقۀ خودزنی

این مطالعه با هدف آگاهی از دیدگاه های نوجوانان خودجرح در باب احساس گناه و شرم انتقالیافته از والدینشان انجام یافت تا زمینۀ شناخت ماهیت این موضوع فراهم شود. این پژوهش از نوع کیفی و جامعۀ آماری آن شامل همۀ دبیرستانهای شهر بانه بود که به روش نمونهگیری تصادفی خوشهای سه مدرسه انتخاب و بعد از غربالگری با 7 نفر از دانش آموزان نوجوان پسری که خودزنی کرده بودند مصاحبه شد. روش اصلی جمعآوری داده ها، مصاحبه های نیمهساختارمند بود و داده ها با روش تحلیل محتوای کیفی استقرایی تجزیه وتحلیل شدند. صحت و اعتبار این مطالعه، ریشه در چهار محور باورپذیری، انتقالپذیری، تصدیق پذیری و اطمینانپذیری داشت. بعد از مشخص کردن کدهای مفهومی، 6 درون مایه استخراج شد که در قالب سه مقولۀ اصلی شامل نوع احساس گناه و شرم، منابع انتقال احساس گناه و شرم و پیامدهای انتقال احساس گناه و شرم دسته بندی شدند. افکار (انتظارات) و رفتار منفی والدین دربارۀ نوجوانان دارای رفتار خودجرحی این مطالعه، در شکلگیری احساسات منفی از قبیل گناه و شرم و گرایش آن ها به سمت خودزنی نقش اساسی داشت.
