اثربخشی برنامه مداخله ماتریکس و مداخله کاهش آسیب بر شاخصهای سلامت روان و نگرش به روابط آسیبزا در دختران دانشآموز مقطع متوسطه دوم آسیبدیده از رابطه با جنس مخالف

ملخص المقالة :
هدف پژوهش حاضر تعیین اثربخشی برنامۀ مداخلۀ ماتریکس و آموزش کاهش آسیب بر شاخص های سلامت روان و نگرش به روابط آسیب زا در دختران دانش آموز مقطع متوسطۀ دوم آسیب دیده از رابطه با جنس مخالف بود. روش پژوهش نیمهآزمایشی و طرح پژوهش، سه گروهی دو مرحله ای (پیشآزمون و پس آزمون) بود. جامعۀ آماری شامل کلیۀ دختران آسیبدیده از رابطه با جنس مخالف بودند که از بین آن ها 36 نفر به صورت هدفمند انتخاب و به طور تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش و یک گروه کنترل (هر گروه 12 نفر) گمارده شدند. برای سنجش متغیر وابسته در مراحل پیشآزمون و پس آزمون از چکلیست نشانگان و مقیاس نگرش به روابط آسیب زا استفاده شد. گروه مداخلۀ ماتریکس و مداخلۀ کاهش آسیب، هریک به مدت 10 جلسه، تحت درمان قرار گرفتند ولی گروه کنترل هیچ درمانی دریافت ننمود. داده ها از طریق تحلیل کوواریانس چند متغیری (مانکوا) و آزمون تعقیبی بونفرونی تحلیل گردید. نتایج نشان داد که در مرحلۀ پس آزمون پس از کنترل پیش آزمون در اضطراب (001/0=p)، افسردگی (001/0=p)، خصومت (002/0=p)، حساسیت بینفردی (001/0=p) و پارانویا (007/0=p) بین گروه مداخلۀ ماتریکس و گروه آموزش کاهش آسیب با گروه کنترل تفاوت معناداری وجود دارد. در مؤلفه های نگرش به روابط آسیب زا نیز در دو بعد آسیب عاطفی (001/0=p) و آسیب های اجتماعی (046/0=p) مداخلۀ ماتریکس نسبت به گروه آموزش آسیب و گروه کنترل و در آسیب تحصیلی (012/0=p) نیز گروه مداخلۀ ماتریکس فقط نسبت به گروه کنترل دارای تفاوت معناداری بود.
