تأثیر کمالگرایی معنوی/مذهبی بر شاخصهای سلامت روانی و ابعاد کمالگرایی غیرمعنوی/غیرمذهبی

پژوهش حاضر با دو هدف انجام شد: سنجش تأثیر کمالگرایی معنوی/مذهبی بر شاخصهای سلامت روانی و تأثیر کمالگرایی معنوی/مذهبی بر ابعاد کمالگرایی غیرمعنوی/غیرمذهبی. جامعۀ آماری پژوهش شامل جمعیت عمومی شهر تهران بود. از میان این جامعه، 370 نفر (148 مرد، 159 زن) بهصورت داوطلب در دسترس در این پژوهش شرکت کردند. از شرکتکنندگان خواسته شد مقیاسهای کمالگرایی معنوی/مذهبی (SRPS; Besharat 2018)، سلامت روانی (MHI-28; Veit & Ware 1983)، عواطف مثبت و منفی (PANAS; Watson et al. 1988) و کمالگرایی چندبعدی تهران (TMPS; Besharat 2007) را تکمیل کنند. نتایج نشان داد که کمالگرایی معنوی/مذهبی بر بهزیستی روانشناختی، عواطف مثبت و کمالگرایی خودمحور تأثیر مثبت معنادار و بر درماندگی روانشناختی، عواطف منفی و کمالگرایی جامعهمحور تأثیر منفی معنادار دارد (001/0p <). نتایج تحلیل رگرسیون نشان داد که کمالگرایی معنوی/مذهبی در کل 70درصد واریانس مربوط به متغیرهای پژوهش را تبیین میکند که بیشترین سهم مربوط به بهزیستی روانشناختی بود. بر اساس یافتههای پژوهش، میتوان کمالگرایی معنوی/مذهبی را یکی از تعیینکنندههای سلامت روانی دانست. یافتههای پژوهش، همچنین وجود بعد جدیدی از کمالگرایی، یعنی کمالگرایی معنوی/مذهبی را متمایز از ابعاد کمالگرایی غیرمعنوی/غیرمذهبی تأیید میکنند.
