رابطة تعارض کار- خانواده با تعهد سازمانی: نقش تعدیلی عدالت سازمانی ادراکشده

ملخص المقالة :
این پژوهش با هدف بررسی رابطة تعارض کار- خانواده با تعهد سازمانی با توجه به نقش تعدیلی عدالت سازمانی ادراکشده انجام شد. طرح پژوهش از نوع رابطهای بود و جامعة آماری شامل 623 نفر از کارکنان یک شرکت صنعتی بود که در آن طرح پرداخت بر مبنای عملکرد اجرا شده بود که تعداد 138 نفر بهصورت تصادفی برای پاسخگویی به سه پرسشنامه پژوهش شامل مقیاس 5 سؤالی تعارض کار- خانواده (Siegel, Post, Brockner, Fishman & Garden, 2005)، مقیاس 4 سؤالی عدالت رویهای (Bies,1987) و مقیاس 15 سؤالی تعهد سازمانی (Mowday, Porter & Steers,1982) انتخاب شدند. دادهها توسط رگرسیون سلسلهمراتبی و تحلیل تعدیلی مورد تحلیل قرار گرفت. نتایج نشان داد، افرادی که عدالت بالایی را ادراک کردهاند هنگامیکه تعارض کار- خانواده آنها پایین باشد، تعهد خود را به سازمان افزایش دادند.
