اثربخشی مداخله مبتنی بر روانشناسی مثبت بر رضایت زناشویی زنان آسیب دیده از خیانت

هدف این پژوهش تعیین تأثیر درمان مبتنی بر روانشناسی مثبت بر رضایت زناشویی زنان آسیبدیده از خیانت است. جامعۀ آماری این پژوهش نیمهتجربی دربرگیرندۀ کلیۀ زنان آسیبدیده از خیانت شهر تبریز در سال 1398 بود که از سوی دادگستری استان به مراکز مشاورۀ بهزیستی برای دریافت مشاوره ارجاع داده شده بودند که 30 نفر از آنها با روش نمونهگیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند و به صورت همتاسازی در گروههای آزمایش و کنترل (15 نفر در هر گروه) جای گرفتند. هر دو گروه مقیاس، رضایت زناشویی (1993 Fowers & Olson,) را به عنوان پیشآزمون و پسآزمون تکمیل کردند. هشت جلسۀ درمان مبتنی بر روانشناسی مثبتنگر (هفتهای دو جلسه به مدت 4 هفته) در گروه آزمایش اعمال شد؛ اما گروه کنترل مداخلهای دریافت نکرد. دادهها با استفاده از تحلیل کواریانس در نرم افزار SPSS.20 تحلیل شدند. درمان مبتنی بر روانشناسی مثبت در مقایسه با گروه کنترل بر رضایت زناشویی، ارتباط، حل تعارض و تحریف آرمانی زنان آسیبدیده از خیانت مؤثر است (001/0p<). آموزش این رویکرد درمانی به عنوان یک روش مداخلهای مؤثر در افزایش رضایت زناشویی زنان آسیبدیده از خیانت توصیه میشود
