مقایسه تکانشگری، خویشتن داری و مطلوبیت اجتماعی در بیماران مبتلا به ویروس کرونا و بیماران بستری در بخش جراحی

ملخص المقالة :
این پژوهش با هدف مقایسه تکانشگری، خویشتنداری و مطلوبیت اجتماعی در بیماران مبتلا به ویروس کرونا و بیماران بستری در بخش جراحی انجام شد. روش بررسی، یک مطالعه علی- مقایسهای بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش را کلیه بیماران بستری در بیمارستان امام حسین شهرستان شاهرود در سال 1399 تشکیل دادند. روش نمونه گیری در این پژوهش، نمونه گیری در دسترس بود؛ با توجه به جامعه آماری حجم نمونه 100 نفر (50 بیمار مبتلا به covid-19) و (50 بیمار بستری در بخش جراحی) انتخاب شد. ابزارهای پژوهش عبارت بودند از پرسشنامه تکانشگری، پرسشنامه مطلوبیت اجتماعی و پرسشنامه خویشتنداری جهت تجزیه و تحلیل دادههای آماری از تحلیل واریانس چند متغیری استفاده شد. یافتهها نشان دادند که بین بیماران مبتلا به کوید 19 و بیماران بستری در بخش جراحی در ویژگیهای خویشتنداری(003/0p=) و مطلوبیت اجتماعی(002/0p=)، تفاوت معناداری وجود دارد. همچنین در ویژگی تکانشگری بین بیماران مبتلا به کوید 19 و بیماران بستری در بخش جراحی تفاوت معناداری مشاهده نشد. بنابراین بیماران مبتلا به ویروس کرونا نسبت به بیماران بستری در بخش جراحی، مطلوبیت اجتماعی پایین و سطح خویشتن داری شان افزایش یافته است.
