اثربخشی درمان مبتنی بر تعهد و پذیرش بر سطح قند خون ناشتا و خودکارآمدی در زنان مبتلا به دیابت نوع II

ملخص المقالة :
هدف این پژوهش، تعیین میزان اثربخشی درمان مبتنی بر تعهد و پذیرش بر سطح قند خون و خودکارآمدی در زنان مبتلا به دیابت نوع II بود. روش پژوهش نیمهآزمایشی با پیش و پسآزمون و پیگیری، با گروه کنترل بود. جامعه آماری، شامل همۀ زنان دیابتی مراجعه کننده به بیمارستان امام خمینی (ره) شهر تهران در پاییز 1397 بودند. روش نمونهگیری بصورت دردسترس (30 زن دیابتی) انتخاب شدند و به صورت تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش (n=15) و گواه (n=15) قرار گرفتند. مرحله پیشآزمون، مقیاس پرسشنامه خودکارآمدی عمومی (شرر و همکاران؛ 1982) و تست قند خون ناشتا انجام شد. سپس گروه آزمایش 8 جلسه تحت درمان قرار گرفتند و گروه گواه هیچ مداخلهای دریافت نکردند و در پایان هر دو گروه تحت پسآزمون و دوره پیگیری (3 ماه) قرار گرفتند. تحلیل دادهها، برای متغیر خودکارآمدی، از روش تحلیل کوواریانس تکمتغیره و برای اندازه گیری قند خون ناشتا از تحلیل واریانس با اندازهگیری مکرر استفاده شد. یافتهها نشان دادند بین دو گروه آزمایش وگواه، پس از اجرای درمان تفاوت معناداری وجود دارد. بطوریکه، میانگین نمره خودکارآمدی گروه آزمایش نسبت به گروه کنترل افزایش و سطح قند خون ناشتا کاهش یافت (001/0>P).
