رابطۀ معنویت در محیط کار، انگیزۀ درونی و اشتیاق شغلی با عملکرد وظیفه

ملخص المقالة :
پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی رابطۀ معنویت در محیط کار (اشتیاق معنوی، تجربه عرفانی و معنوی، پیوند معنوی و احساس یگانگی)، انگیزه درونی و اشتیاق شغلی (نیرومندی، فداکاری و جذب) با عملکرد وظیفه انجام گردید. این پژوهش از نظر نوع، توصیفی و از نظر روش یک پژوهش همبستگی است و جامعه آماری آن را کلیه کارکنان یک مرکز خدمات درمانی در شهر اصفهان تشکیل دادهاند که از میان آنان، تعداد200 نفر بهعنوان نمونه از طریق نمونهگیری تصادفی ساده انتخاب شدند. ابزارهای مورد استفاده در پژوهش، پرسشنامه معنویت کینجرسکی و اسکرایپ نک (2006)، با چهار خردهمقیاس، پرسشنامه انگیزه درونی آمابایل و همکاران (1994)، پرسشنامۀ اشتیاق شغلی اتریخت (2002)، و پرسشنامۀ عملکرد وظیفه پاترسن (1963)، بوده است. تحلیل دادهها با استفاده روش همبستگی پیرسون و تحلیل رگرسیون گام به گام نشان داد که بین معنویت در محیط کار، انگیزه درونی و اشتیاق شغلی با عملکرد وظیفه رابطۀ مثبت و معنادار (01/0 P≤ ) وجود دارد. علاوه بر این نتایج تحلیل رگرسیون نشان داد که تجربه عرفانی و معنوی و پیوند معنوی از مؤلفههای معنویت در محیط کار، نیرومندی از مؤلفههای اشتیاق شغلی و انگیزه درونی، پیشبینیکنندههای معنادار (01/0 P≤ )، عملکرد وظیفه هستند. بنابراین، براساس نتایج میتوان چنین نتیجهگیری نمود که از طریق تقویت معنویت در محیط کار، اشتیاق شغلی و انگیزه درونی میتوان عملکرد وظیفه را در سازمانها افزایش داد.
