اثربخشی آموزش هوش هیجانی بر بهزیستی روانشناختی مادران

هدف این پژوهش تعیین اثربخشی کارگاه آموزشی هوش هیجانی بر بهزیستی روانشناختی مادران بود. این پژوهش از نوع شبه تجربی با طرح پیشآزمون- پسآزمون تک گروهی بود. جامعه آماری شامل تمامی مادران شهر تهران بود که از آن میان 21 مادر از بین مناطق یک تا پنج شهر تهران بهصورت نمونهگیری غیر احتمالی انتخاب و داوطلبانه برای شرکت در کارگاه آموزشی هوش هیجانی در سال 1391 ثبتنام نمودند. در طی جلسات کارگاه، پانزده مهارت هوش هیجانی طی 7 جلسه دو ساعته در طول 7 هفته (هر هفته یک جلسه) توسط مدرسین مجرب آموزش داده شد. برای ارزیابی اثربخشی برنامه آموزشی، مقیاس بهزیستی روانشناختی ریف (Ryff,1989) مورداستفاده قرار گرفت و آزمودنیها در دو مرحله پیشآزمون و پسآزمون به این مقیاس پاسخ دادند. برای تحلیل دادهها از نرم افزار spss استفاده شد و نتایج به دست آمده از روش تحلیل اندازهگیری مکرر نشان داد که شرکت در کارگاه آموزشی هوش هیجانی منجر به افزایش روابط مثبت با دیگران (02/0P=)، خودمختاری (03/0=P)، رشد فردی (01/0=P) و بهزیستی روانشناختی (02/0=P) در مادران شده بود. بااینوجود تحلیل یافتهها، تفاوت معناداری را درزمینهی افزایش پذیرش خود، تسلط بر محیط (11/0=P) و زندگی هدفمند (07/0=P) مادران نشان نداد. یافتههای حاصل از این پژوهش نشان داد که کارگاه آموزش هوش هیجانی میتواند مداخلهای موثر در افزایش بهزیستی روانشناختی مادران باشد.
