تأثیر سبک رهبری تبادلی سرپرست برآسیبهای شغلی: نقش میانجی هوشیاری ایمنی، گرانباری نقش و رویدادهای مرتبط با ایمنی

ملخص المقالة :
هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسی تأثیرسبک رهبری تبادلی سرپرست برآسیبهای شغلی با میانجیگری هوشیاری ایمنی،گرانباری نقش و رویدادهای مرتبط با ایمنی بود. پژوهش رابطهای از نوع مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری است. جامعۀ آماری پژوهش همۀ کارکنان شرکت ذوب آهن اصفهان در سال 1392 بودند که با روش نمونهگیری تصادفی طبقهای 210 نفر بهعنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. ابزارهای پژوهش، مقیاس سبک رهبری تبادلی سرپرست (باس و آولیو، 1990)، مقیاس هوشیاری ایمنی (وستبی و لی، 2003)، مقیاس گرانباری نقش (بیهر، والاش و تیبر، 1976)، پرسشنامۀ رویدادهای مرتبط با ایمنی (بارلینگ و همکاران، 2002) و پرسشنامۀ آسیبهای شغلی (بارلینگ و همکاران، 2002) بودند. تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها با استفاده از ضریب رگرسیون و مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری با کمک نرمافزار لیزرل انجام شد. برای آزمون معناداری مسیرهای غیرمستقیم از روش بوت استراپ در برنامه ماکروی پریچر و هایز (2008) استفاده گردید. یافتهها نشاندهنده تأثیرقابل قبول میان متغیرهای پژوهش بود (05/0P<). همچنین روابط غیرمستقیم سبک رهبری تبادلی برآسیبهای شغلی با میانجی رویدادهای مرتبط با ایمنی، با میانجی هوشیاری ایمنی و رویدادهای مرتبط با ایمنی؛ و با میانجی گرانباری نقش و رویدادهای مرتبط با ایمنی مورد تأیید قرار گرفت (05/0P<).
