اثربخشی درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد بر رضایت زناشویی زنان افسرده

ملخص المقالة :
هدف این پژوهش تعیین اثربخشی درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد بر رضایت زناشویی زنان افسردۀ شهر اصفهان بود. پژوهش نیمهتجربی، با طرح پیشآزمون ـ پسآزمون و پیگیری است. جامعۀ آماری این پژوهش همۀ زنان افسرده با نارضایتی زناشویی مراجعهکننده به مراکز روانشناختی بودند که 40 نفر از آنها با استفاده از نمونهگیری هدفمند انتخاب و بهصورت تصادفی در دو گروه 20 نفری آزمایش و گواه قرار گرفتند. گروهها در ابتدا و انتهای پژوهش از نظر میزان رضایت زناشویی ارزیابی شدند. بدین منظور قبل و بعد از مداخله (10 جلسۀ دوساعته)، همچنین بعد از یک دورۀ سه ماهۀ پیگیری، به پرسشنامۀ رضایت زناشویی انریچ (اولسون، 1987) و در یک مرحله پرسشنامۀ افسردگی (بک، 1979) پاسخ دادند. نتایج تحلیل کوواریانس نشاندهندۀ افزایش رضایت زناشویی کلی در مرحلۀ پسآزمون و پیگیری بوده است (002/0P<). یافتههای این پژوهش نشان میدهد که اثربخشی درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد بر افزایش رضایت زناشویی کلی زنان افسرده است.
