تأثیر برونگرایی و روانرنجوری بر شادی در دانشجویان: نقش میانجی هوش هیجانی و بهزیستی روانی

هدف از پژوهش تبیین نقش ابعاد شخصیتی برونگرایی و روانرنجوری بر شادی با میانجیگری هوش هیجانی و بهزیستی روانی در دانشجویان از طریق الگوسازی معادلات ساختاری است. این مطالعه از نوع پژوهشهای همبستگی با استفاده از مدلیابی علّی است. جامعۀ آماری 8670 دانشجوی کارشناسی دانشگاه اصفهان و دانشگاه صنعتی بود. نمونهای 410 نفری به روش نمونهگیری تصادفی خوشهای چندمرحلهای انتخاب شد. ابزارهای اندازهگیری شامل پرسشنامۀ شادی آکسفورد (آرگایل، 1989)، بهزیستی روانی (ریف، 1989)، مقیاس شخصیتی نئو (کاستا و مککرا، 1992)، هوش هیجانی (باران،2000) بود. دادهها با رویکرد مدلسازی معادلۀ ساختاری کواریانس (نرمافزار Amos) و به روش تحلیل مسیر بررسی شد. یافتهها بیانگر آن بود که اثر مستقیم متغیرهای برونگرایی، روانرنجوری، هوش هیجانی و بهزیستی روانی بر متغیر شادی معنادار است (05/0>P ). همچنین اثر غیرمستقیم متغیر برونگرایی و روانرنجوری بر متغیر شادی در صورتی که متغیرهای هوش هیجانی و بهزیستی روانی میانجی این دو متغیر باشند، معنادار است (05/0>P ). به علاوه اثر غیرمستقیم متغیر هوش هیجانی بر شادی در صورتی که بهزیستی روانی میانجی باشد معنادار است (05/0>P ). در نتیجه شادی به واسطۀ ابعاد شخصیتی، هوش هیجانی و بهزیستی روانی پیشبینی شود.
