ارزیابی تجمع فلزات سنگین در گونههایی از آبزیان (ماهیان کپور، سالمون، قزلآلا، شیر و میگوهای دریایی و تازه)

هدف: امروزه، فلزات سنگین از مهمترین آلایندههای سمّی در محیط زیست آبی هستند و موجودات زنده و بالاخص آبزیان در معرض این آلایندهها قرار دارند. این عناصر در آبزیان به عنوان پتانسیل تجمع زیستی و یک خطر جدی در زنجیرههای غذایی انسان محسوب میشوند. هدف از این تحقیق بررسی غلظت فلزات سنگین در گونههایی از آبزیان صید شده از دریای خزر و جنوب بوده است. مواد و روشها: اندازهگیری میزان فلزات سنگین سرب، کادمیوم و مس در ششگونه از آبزیان خوراکی براساس روشهای استاندارد انجام شد. یافتهها: در مورد فلز جیوه بیشترین مقدار در ماهی شیر و کمترین مقدار در میگوی تازه تعیین شد. بیشترین میزان فلز سرب به ترتیب در میگوی دریایی و کمترین آن در ماهی کپور مشاهده گردید. میزان فلز کادمیوم نیز در مورد تمامی نمونهها زیر حد قابل تشخیص توسط دستگاه بود. نتیجهگیری: تفاوت بین غلظت فلزات سنگین در بین گونههای مختلف آبزیان میتواند ناشی از تفاوت در ویژگیهای بومشناسی آبزیان باشد. میزان فلزات سنگین در اکثر نمونههای مورد بررسی پایینتر و یا نزدیک به استانداردهای جهانی است.
