بررسی تأثیر فیتواسترول و پروبیوتیک باسیلوس کوآگولانس در کاهش کلسترول خون

ملخص المقالة :
هدف: طی سالهای اخیر مطالعات فراوانی بر روی عوامل خطر سطح بالای برخی از چربیهای خون گزارش شده است که این عوامل موجب به وجود آمدن بیماریهای قلبی – عروقی میشود. هدف پژوهش حاضر مطالعه تأثیر فیتواسترول و پروبیوتیک باسیلوسکوآگولانس در کاهش کلسترول خون موشهای بالغ بود. مواد و روشها: در این تحقیق از 40 سرموش نر نژاد NMRI با وزن تقریبی 25-30 گرم استفاده شد. موشها به 5 گروه 8 تایی، شامل: گروه کنترل، گروه HCD (1% وزن غذای مصرفی غذای کلسترولمی)، گروه تجربی 1 (روزانه علاوه بر غذای کلسترولمی، g1/0 فیتواسترول با روغن حیوانی گاواژ)، گروه تجربی 2 (روزانه علاوه بر غذای کلسترولمی، g2/0 باکتری باسیلوس کوآگولانس به همراه روغن حیوانی گاواژ)، گروه تجربی 3 (روزانه علاوه بر غذای کلسترولمی،g 1/0 ترکیب فیتواسترول و پروبیوتیک باسیلوس کوآگولانس با روغن حیوانی گاواژ) تقسیم شدند. سپس در پایان آزمایش از حیوانات خونگیری به عمل آمد و مقادیر کلسترول، تری گلیسرید، HDL، LDL اندازهگیری شد. نتایج: غلظت کلسترول، تری گلیسرید، LDL وHDL در تمامی گروههای تجربی کاهش معناداری را نسبت به گروه کنترل، خود نشان داد. نتیجهگیری: فیتواسترول و پروبیوتیک باسیلوس کوآگولانس به طور همزمان باعث کاهش چربی خون میشوند، بنابراین استفاده از این مواد توصیه میگردد.
