ارزیابی سیاستهای مداخله در بافت مرکزی شهر(نمونه موردی: کلانشهر تبریز)

چکیده مراکز شهری نماد فرهنگی شهرها به شمار میآیند. بیتوجهی به این مراکز در جریان رشد شتابان شهرنشینی، آنها را با مشکلات کالبدی، اجتماعی، اقتصادی و فرهنگی روبه رو کرده و علاوه بر مختل کردن حضور انسان، بافتهای این مراکز را دچار فرسودگی نموده است. در سالهای اخیر در بافت مرکزی شهر تبریز مداخلاتی توسط نهادهای مسئول قرارگرفته است. این مداخلات پیامدهای اقتصادی، اجتماعی، کالبدی و زیستمحیطی مثبت و منفی در زندگی ساکنان این منطقه به دنبال داشته است که از جمله ی این مداخلات میتوان به بازسازی و احیاء بافت فرسوده بلوک گلستان، توسعه و تعریض بازار مشروطه و توسعه و تعریض خیابان رضا نژاد اشاره کرد. تحقیق حاضر به لحاظ هدف در زمره پژوهشهای کاربردی و به لحاظ روش تحقیق پیمایشی است که جامعه آماری آن، افراد بالای 18 سال و حجم نمونه با استفاده از فرمول کوکران 378 نفر از شهروندان بافت مرکزی به عنوان نمونهی آماری برآورد گردید. شیوه نمونهگیری، نمونهگیری ترکیبی هدفمند است و 378 پرسشنامه در بین سرپرستان خانوار منطقه 8 شهرداری تبریز توزیع گردید. چهار معیار کالبدی، اقتصادی، اجتماعی و زیست محیطی به عنوان معیارهایی برای ارزیابی طرحهای موردنظر انتخاب شد و به منظور تحلیل دادهها، از آزمون T و فرایند تحلیل شبکهای (ANP) استفاده شده است. نتایج حاصل از آزمون T گویای این است که مداخلات صورت گرفته تأثیر مثبتی را بر محدوده مذکور دارد. بر اساس فرایند تحلیل شبکهای، بعد کالبدی با وزن 451/0 بیشترین تأثیر و بعد اجتماعی با وزن 119/0 کمترین تأثیر را بر روی سطح کیفیت محیط حاصل از مداخلات صورت گرفته، داشته است.
