نقش فناوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات در توسعه اقتصادی نواحی روستایی (مطالعه موردی: بخش رودبار قصران)

ملخص المقالة :
امروزه فناوریهای ارتباطات امکان استخراج دانش را از ذهن صاحبان دانش فراهم میسازد که منجر به انتقال این دانش به حوزهها و قلمروهای روستایی میشود، با استفاده از این نوع فناوریها میتوان دانشهای مربوط به جوامع روستایی و بهبود و افزایش اشتغال و درآمد روستاییان را در چهارچوبهای ساختاری ارائه داد و امکان خلق دانش-های نو اقتصادی را از سوی روستاییان فراهم آورد. مساله پژوهشی چگونه فناوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات قابلیت لازم برای توسعه اقتصادی در مناطق روستایی را دارد؟ جامعه آماری شامل 25روستا در بخش رودبار قصران میباشد، نمونه آماری با استفاده روش نمونه گیری طبقهای بر اساس صفت جمعیتی 5 روستا (امامه بالا، رودک، زایگان، امینآباد و زردبند) به صورت تصادفی انتخاب شدند.حجم نمونه 267 نفر می باشد. روش تحقیق در این مطالعه توصیفی- پیمایشی است و تحقیق از نوع کاربردی است، ابزار تحقیق پرسشنامه و مشاهده میباشد. در تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها از هر دو روش توصیفی و استنباطی از نرم افزار آماری SPSS استفاده شده است. نتایج نشان میدهد توسعه فناوری اطلاعات رابطه معنیداری با توسعه اقتصادی روستا نداشته است. با توجه به یافته های پژوهش راهکارهای اجرایی مانند ارائه خدمات نهادی و اداری، اقتصادی در محیط روستا از طریق دفاتر ICT در روستا، ارتباط بین مسئولان و روستاییان از طریق دفاتر ICT برای اطلاع رسانی اقتصادی پیشنهاد می شود
