ملخص المقالة :
توانمندی مدیریت مالی در مدیریت تحقیق و توسعه صنعت هوافضا با توجه به هزینهبر بودن و زمانبر آن به عنوان یکی از ارکان مهم در راستای موفقیت فعالیتهای نوآورانه سازمانی میباشد. در پژوهش حاضر عوامل مؤثر بر توانمندی مدیریت منابع مالی در مدیریت تحقیق و توسعه بررسی شده است. پژوهش از حیث هدف کاربردی و از نوع روش توصیفی پیمایشی است. در این راستا عوامل تأثیرگذار بر توانمندی مدیریت منابع مالی براساس مرور ادبیات و نظر خبرگان صنعت هوافضا در سه دسته کلی استخراج شده و پرسشنامه تأیید شده در جامعه خبرگان توزیع و نتایج با روش تحلیل عاملی تأییدی و معادلات ساختاری و نرمافزار Smart-PLS مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است. نتایج نشان میدهد ابعاد فرآیندی، بودجه و تأمین مالی و همچنین ابعاد تجاریسازی بر توانمندی مدیریت منابع مالی در مدیریت تحقیق و توسعه، تأثیر مثبت و معناداری دارد. براساس ضریب تعیین و میزان تاثیرگذاری حاصل از تحلیل عاملی، نظامهای حقوقی و ساختارهای مرتبط با سرمایهگذاری در پروژههای تحقیق و توسعه در بعد فرآیندی، زیرساختهای تعاملات بینالمللی و جذب سرمایه خارجی در تحقیق و توسعه در بعد بودجه و تامین مالی و خروجی پروژههای تحقیق و توسعه جانشین محصولات وارداتی در بعد تجاریسازی، بیشترین تاثیر و اهمیت را دارند.
