ملخص المقالة :
زمینه و هدف: این تحقیق که به روش پیمایشی انجام شد، درخصوص شناسایی نیازهای آموزشی کارکنان شهرداری تهران در زمینه مسایل محیط زیست و ارایه الگوی آموزشی براساس مدل DACUM می باشد. روش بررسی: بدین منظور جامعه آماری را کارکنان شهرداری منطقه 2 تهران به تعداد 1331 نفر تشکیل دادند. نمونه های مورد مطالعه به صورت تصادفی به تعداد 310 نفر شناسایی شدند. ابزار جمع آوری داده ها، پرسش نامه محققساخته بود که روایی آن تایید و پایایی نیز با محاسبه ضریب آلفای کرونباخ بالای 7/0 محاسبه و تایید گردید. داده ها با استفاده از نرمافزار MATLAB مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفتند. یافته ها: محیط زیست یکی از ابعاد حساس و آسیب پذیر است که همواره در معرض تهدید قرار گرفته است. حفظ محیط زیست یک وظیفه همگانی و ملی است به نحوی که باید در حیطه وظایف و مسوولیت های فردی و اجتماعی به حفظ آن پرداخت و شهرداری نیز به عنوان یکی از متولیان امر در این زمینه نقش حیاتی را ایفا می نماید. بحث و نتیجه گیری: نتایج نشان داد تفاوت معنی داری میان افراد با تحصیلات متفاوت از نظر نیازهای آموزشی وجود دارد. بدین معنی که کارکنان با تحصیلات فوق دیپلم نیاز آموزشی بالاتری نسبت به دو گروه دیگ (کارشناسی و کارشناسی ارشد) داشتند. هم چنین از نظر نیازهای آموزشی افراد با تحصیلات کارشناسی نیاز آموزشی بالاتری نسبت به کارشناس ارشدها داشتند.
