تحلیل فضایی شاخصهای شهر سالم در سکونتگاههای شهری (مطالعه موردی: استان اردبیل)

ملخص المقالة :
زمینه و هدف: به دنبال رشد و گسترش بی رویه شهرها، رویکردهای متعددی برای تأمین وضعیت مطلوب زندگی برای نسلهای امروز و آینده مطرح شد که یکی از این رویکردهای مهم، رویکرد شهر سالم است؛ اما ارزیابی این که چه شهری سالم است یا این که در مقابل سایر شهرها در چه سطحی از سلامت قرار دارد، هنوز مسالهای پیچیده و مبهم می باشد. روش بررسی: پژوهش حاضر با هدف تحلیل فضایی وضعیت شاخصهای شهر سالم در سکونت گاههای شهری استان اردبیل، انجام شده است و شهرستانهای استان اردبیل بر اساس 42 معیار از شاخصهای شهر سالم رتبهبندی و سطحبندی شدهاند. در این پژوهش وزن معیارهای شهر سالم با روش فرایند تحلیل شبکهای(ANP) تعیینشده سپس بهمنظور ارزیابی سکونت گاههای شهری، از مدل تصمیمگیری چندمعیارهTOPSIS استفاده گردید. یافتهها: تحلیل فضایی وضعیت شاخصهای شهر سالم در سکونت گاههای شهری استان اردبیل، حاکی از آن است که شهرستانهای کوثر، نمین و سرعین بهعنوان شهرستانهای برخوردار ، شهرستانهای خلخال، نیر، گرمی و بیله سوار نیمه برخوردار و شهرستانهای مشگینشهر، پارسآباد و اردبیل کم برخوردار میباشند. بحث و نتیجهگیری: نتایج بررسی نشان میدهد رابطه معنیداری بین جمعیت و رتبه هر شهرستان وجود دارد بهطوریکه شهرستانهای پارسآباد، مشگینشهر و اردبیل که پرجمعیتترین شهرستانهای استان میباشند در دامنه کم برخوردار از شاخصهای شهر سالم قرارگرفتهاند. نتایج حاصل از پژوهش بهصورت فضایی در محیط GIS ترسیمشده است.
