ملخص المقالة :
زمینه و هدف: رهبری زمانی که با ویژگیهای مربیگری همراه باشد، بهتر قادر به ایجادِ فضای مثبت و ارتقاء تعاملات بین فردی در درون سازمان و تعاملات شرکت با اجتماعی در خارج از سازمان به عنوان مسئولیت اجتماعی است. هدف از این پژوهش ارزیابی کارکردهای سبک رهبری سالتوژنیک در شرکتهای نفتی با تمرکز بر پذیرش انرژی سبز بوده است. روش بررسی: در این پژوهش که از نظر روش شناسی توسعهای و ترکیبی محسوب میشود، تلاش شد تا با اتکا به فرآیندهای تحلیل فراترکیب و دلفی در بخش کیفی پژوهش، اقدام به شناسایی مولفههای کارکرد رهبری سالتوژنیک شود. سپس در بخش کمی از تحلیل رتبه بندی تفسیری جهتِ شناسایی اثرگذارترین کارکرد رهبری سالتوژنیک جهت ارزیابی پذیرش انرژی سبز استفاده گردد. جامعهی آماری در بخش کیفی، ۱۸ نفر از متخصصان و خبرگان رشته مدیریت در سطح دانشگاهی بودند و در بخش کمی از مشارکت ۲۴ نفر از مدیران شرکتهای فعال در شرکتهای نفتی که چه به لحاظ دانشی و چه به لحاظ تجربی دارای سابقه بودند، بهره برده شد. مبنای انتخاب نمونه، استفاده از روش همگن بود.یافتهها: نتایج نشان داد که با توجه به مقایسه زوجی بین مولفههای پژوهش، درصدِ تاثیرگذاری مولفهی پیروان استراتژیک نسبت به بقیه مولفههای کارکرد رهبری سالتوژنیک نقش موثرتری در پذیرش انرژیهای سبز دارد، که به معنای این است که جهتِ جاریسازی پذیرش انرژیهای سبز براساس رویکردِ کارکرد رهبری سالتوژنیک در سطح شرکتهای نفت، نقش هنجارسازی ارزشهای همسویی با رویکردهای رهبری میتواند بسیار موثر باشد.بحث و نتیجهگیری: نتیجه کسب شده گویای این است که پیروان استراتژیک با درک عملکردهای رهبری در تلاش هستند تا در مسیر تدوین استراتژیک از نظر توسعهی انرژیهای سبز حرکت نمایند.
