ملخص المقالة :
زمینه و هدف: کاهش آلایندگیهای زیستمحیطی و انتخاب تأمینکنندگان پایدار تابآور میتواند، به بهبود وضعیت پایداری و به کاهش ریسک اختلال در زنجیرۀ تأمین منجر شود، هدف این پژوهش طراحی مدلی برای انتخاب تأمینکنندگان پایدار تاب آور در زنجیره تأمین شرکت شهید قندی با رویکرد AHP فازی شهودی بوده است.
روش بررسی: پژوهش حاضر از نوع هدف کاربردی توسعهای، از لحاظ گرداوری اطلاعات توصیفی و از نظر ماهیت دادهها آمیخته است. و شامل دو بخش اصلی است. در بخش اول با استفاده از ادبیات تحقیق به شناسایی معیارهای انتخاب تأمینکننده پایدار تاب آور پرداخته شد. برای به دست آوردن شاخصها پس از بررسی ادبیات نظری پژوهش، 76 شاخص برای ارزیابی تأمینکنندۀ پایدار و 50 شاخص برای ارزیابی تأمینکنندۀ تاب آور شناسایی شد که بعد از چهار مرحله بررسی خبرگان زنجیرۀ تأمین در کارخانجات شهید قندی با استفاده از روش دلفی مدل نهایی شد، در نهایت 15 شاخص مناسب برای پایداری و 15 شاخص مناسب برای تابآوری تشخیص داده شد، سپس پرسشنامهای بین کارکنان شاغل در زنجیره تأمین شرکت شهید قندی در سال 1400 توزیع شد و بر اساس 136 پرسشنامه بهدستآمده مدل انتخاب تأمینکنندۀ پایدار تاب آور با روش تحلیل عاملی تأییدی، تائید شد و در نهایت از روش AHP فازی شهودی برای انتخاب تأمینکننده استفاده شد.
یافتهها: شاخصهای پایداری در سه بخش اقتصادی، اجتماعی و زیستمحیطی، همچنین شاخصهای تابآوری در سه بخش ظرفیت جذب، ظرفیت تطبیقی و ظرفیتترمیم طبقهبندی شدند. سپس پرسشنامه AHP فازی برای وزن دهی شاخصهای انتخاب تأمینکننده پایدار تاب آور در بین خبرگان پخش شد.
بحث و نتیجهگیری: نتایج نشان داد به ترتیب، اولویت با شاخصهای اقتصادی، ظرفیت جذب، ظرفیتترمیم، ظرفیت تطبیقی، اجتماعی و زیستمحیطی میباشد و درنهایت تأمینکنندگان اولویتبندی شدند. همچنین از بین زیر شاخصها، هزینه و کیفیت مهمترین بودند.
