ملخص المقالة :
زمینه و هدف: تعیین ارزش های غیر بازاری، برای حفاظت کالاهای زیست محیطی مانند زیست گاه ها و چشم اندازها اهمیت فراوانی دارد. هدف از تحقیق حاضر ارزش گذاری حفاظتی منطقه حفاظت شده خاییز با استفاده از روش ارزش گذاری مشروط می باشد.روش بررسی: در این تحقیق برای بررسی تأثیر متغیرهای توضیحی مختلف بر میزان تمایل به پرداخت پاسخ گویان جهت ارزش حفاظتی از مدل رگرسیونی لوجیت استفاده شد. داده های مورد نیاز از طریق تکمیل 196 پرسش نامه جمع آوری گردید.یافته ها: نتایج نشان داد 71 درصد پاسخ گویان تمایل خود را برای مشارکت در حفاظت از منطقه اعلام کردند. نتایج تخمین مدل لاجیت نشان داد، ضریب متغیرهای گرایش های زیست محیطی، مسوولیت پذیری، توانایی مالی، عضویت در سازمان محیط زیستی و پیشنهاد معنی دار شده است. نتایج مشخص کرد مقدار مورد انتظار تمایل به پرداخت برابر 28/18861 ریال می باشد. ارزش حفاظتی سالانه منطقه مورد مطالعه نیز برابر 7/287382 میلیون ریال تعیین شد. از تقسیم این رقم بر کل مساحت بوم سازگان منطقه مورد مطالعه، ارزش حفاظتی سالانه هر هکتار از این بوم سازگان برابر 8888 هزار ریال (با توجه به مساحت 32332 هکتار منطقه) به دست می آید. پیشنهاد می شود دست کم سالانه معادل 8888 هزار ( ارزش حفاظتی سالانه هر هکتار) ریال برای حفاظت از منطقه خاییز سرمایه گذاری شود. بوم سازگان منطقه مورد مطالعه ارزش های فراوان دیگری ( حفظ آب و خاک، گیاهان دارویی و محصولات فرعی، جذب و ذخیره دی اکسید کربن و تولید اکسیژن، تنوع بیولوژیکیو ... ) هم دارد که ارزش آن ها باید برآورد شود.بحث و نتیجه گیری: انجام این مطالعه در شرایط حاضر گام مهمی به منظور حفاظت مناطق حفاظت شده و منابع طبیعی و حرکت در راستای توسعه پایدار است. از طرفی برای برنامه ریزان، مسوولین و سیاست گزاران توجیهی فراهم می کند تا کمیت و کیفیت منابع طبیعی را حمایت بکنند.
