اولویتبندی مناطق مناسب استقرار صنایع مزاحم شهری با استفاده از تصمیمگیری چندمعیاره و برنامهریزی ریاضی (مطالعه موردی: شهرستان ازنا)

ملخص المقالة :
زمینه و هدف: رشد سریع شهرها و عدم توازن بین محیط و فرهنگ شهرنشینی مشکلات زیادی را به وجود آورده است. برخی از این مشکلات ناشی از صنایع و مشاغل مزاحم درون شهر است که به طور مستقیم و غیرمستقیم بر کالبد شهری، قشربندی های اجتماعی و زندگی شهروندان تاثیر می گذارند. به منظور حفظ سلامت انسان و محیط زیست شهری، کلیه صنایع مزاحم باید به مکان های مجاز انتقال یابند. در این راستا، انتخاب مناسب ترین مکان در خارج از محدوده شهر مسآله ای بسیار مهم و پیچیده است. پژوهش حاضر نیز با هدف مکان یابی صنایع مزاحم شهرستان ازنا انجام شده است. روش بررسی: در این تحقیق پس از استانداردسازی لایه ها و تهیه نقشه محدودیت از آن ها، روش ترکیب خطی وزن دار برای تلفیق آن ها بکارگرفته شد. به منظور تعیین مناسب ترین پهنه از رویکرد شایستگی ناحیه ای سرزمین استفاده گردید و نواحی دارای ارزش های بالاتر از 200 و مساحت های بیش تر از 5 هکتار مشخص شد. در نهایت 15 پهنه حاصل گردید که اولویت بندی آن ها با استفاده از برنامه ربزی ریاضی و 5 فاکتور فاصله از مرکز شهر، جاده، نزدیک ترین روستا، مساحت پهنه ها و میانگین ارزش شایستگی ها انجام گرفت. یافته ها: نتایج حاصل از اولویت بندی پهنه ها نشان داد که پهنه های شماره 10 و 2 به ترتیب مناسب ترین مکان جهت انتقال صنایع مزاحم شهری هستند. بحث و نتیجه گیری: این مطالعه نشان می دهد که صرفا تعیین پهنه های مناسب برای انتقال صنایع کافی نیست، بلکه تعیین بهترین پهنه و همچنین اولویت بندی سایر پهنه ها از اهمیت ویژه ای برخوردار است که می تواند مدیران را در انتخاب مناسب ترین پهنه یاری نماید..
