چارچوب زنجیره تأمین ناب در بخش فراساحل صنعت نفت و گاز با رویکرد توسعه پایدار

ملخص المقالة :
زمینه و هدف: زنجیره تأمین ناب، یکی از این پارادایم هایی بوده که می تواند سبب دستیابی به عملکرد بهتر و رقابت پذیری شود. از جانب دیگر، رویکرد پایدار زنجیره تأمین، سه بعد اقتصادی، اجتماعی و زیست محیطی را در طول زنجیره مورد تأکید قرار می دهد ضمناً به دلیل اهمیت صنعت نفت و گاز در کشور، پیاده سازی زنجیره تأمین ناب مبتنی بر پایداری در سازمان های فعال در این حوزه، ضروری بوده و هدف این مطالعه، ارایه چارچوب زنجیره تأمین ناب در بخش فراساحل صنعت نفت و گاز با رویکرد پایداری می باشد. روش بررسی: به منظور انجام این مطالعه که در یکی از بزرگترین شرکت های فعال در بخش فراساحل نفت و گاز در سال 96 انجام شده، در ابتدا با مرور متون و سپس نظرخواهی از خبرگان، ده عامل اساسی که سبب ناب بودن زنجیره تأمین می شوند، شناسایی شدند. در گام بعدی، با استفاده از رویکرد مدل سازی ساختاری تفسیری، چارچوب تحقیق تدوین شد. بافته ها: در این چارچوب، مدیریت و رهبری به عنوان تأثیرگذارترین و دو عاملکمینه سازی زمان تحویل و انعطاف پذیری به عنوان تأثیرپذیرترین عوامل تعیین شدند. بحث و نتیجه گیری: بر این اساس عامل مدیریت و رهبری زیر بنای این چارچوب بوده و باید بسیار مورد توجه قرار بگیرد. به این منظور، برنامه ریزی هماهنگ و دقیق، در نظر گرفتن راهکارهای مختلف و تجزیه و تحلیل آن ها، جلو گیری از انتصابات و تعویض پی در پی مدیران ، تلاش در جهت حل مشکلات و تضادهای بین بخشی پیشنهاد می گردد.
