ارزیابی کیفیت میکروبی و کلرسنجی آب آشامیدنی شهر آباده در سال 94 و مقایسه آن با استاندارد های ملی و WHO

ملخص المقالة :
زمینه و هدف: کیفیت آب از جمله مسایلی است که با سلامتی و بهداشت فردی و عمومی جامعه نسبت مستقیم دارد و پایش آب و تامین شرایط بهداشتی آن از اهمیت بالایی برخوردار است. لذا هدف از این مطالعه تعیین کیفیت میکروبی آب آشامیدنی شهر آباده در سال 1394 و مقایسه کیفیت آن با استاندارد های ملی و سازمان بهداشت جهانی((WHO است. روش بررسی: در این مطالعه تعداد 122 نمونه آب جهت آزمایش میکروبی و 3864 نمونه آب جهت کلرسنجی از شبکه آبرسانی شهرآباده در سال 1394 برداشت و آنالیز گردید. آزمایشات کل کلی فرم و کلی فرم مدفوعی با روش تخمیر چند لوله ای و کلر باقی مانده آب با روش رنگ سنجی انجام شد. در نهایت داده ها با استفاده ازآزمون های آماری One sample T-test, Chi-square, Mann-Withney, Kruskal-Wallis, Pearson Correlation Matrix مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفتند. یافته ها: در آنالیز میکروبی در 36/98% نمونه ها تعداد کلی فرم صفر MPN/100ml و در100% نمونه ها تعداد کلی فرم مدفوعی صفر MPN/100ml بود و میزان کلر باقی مانده در0/78% نمونه ها مطلوب بود و انتظارات استانداردهای ملی و جهانی را برآورده می نمایند. فصل زمستان کم ترین و فصل تابستان بیش ترین مقدار کلر باقی مانده را نشان داد. از لحاظ همبستگی بین میزان کلر باقی مانده آب و حضور باکتری های کلی فرم در آب همبستگی منفی معنی دار وجود دارد. بحث و نتیجه گیری: شاخص میکروبی آب آشامیدنی شهر آباده از حد استاندارد شاخص میکروبی WHO و استاندارد ملی پایین تر است درنتیجه کیفیت آب شرب این شهر از وضعیت مطلوبی برخوردار است.
