همارزسازی نتایج آیکولد اصلاحشده با هدف استفاده از مبانی تصمیمگیری روش لئوپولد ایرانی در طرحهای توسعه منابع آب (مطالعه موردی محیط فیزیکی سد پیغامچای کلیبر)

ملخص المقالة :
زمینهوهدف: در ارزیابی محیطزیستی از روشهای مختلفی ازجمله روشهای ماتریسی شامل لئوپولد، مور، آیکولد مرسوم، آیکولد اصلاحشده و غیره استفاده میشود. از آنجاییکه نتایج روشهای آیکولد مرسوم و اصلاح شده عمدتا کیفی بوده و تصمیمگیری برای اجرا یا عدماجرای طرح با این روش مشکل خواهد بود، لذا هدف از انجام این پژوهش، ضمن بررسی و مقایسهی نتایج حاصل از ارزیابی اثرات محیطزیستی با استفاده از ماتریسهای آیکولد و آیکولد اصلاحشده، ارایهی استراتژی نرمالسازی نتایج ارزیابی آیکولد اصلاحشده جهت قیاس با مبانی تصمیمگیری روش لئوپولد ایرانی است. روش بررسی: بدینمنظور، از ارزیابی محیطزیستی در محیط فیزیکی و فقط در مرحلهی ساخت سد خاکی پیغامچای کلیبر بهعنوان مطالعهی موردی استفاده گردید. بررسی اولیهی دو روش آیکولد مرسوم و اصلاحشده نشان داد که هر چند تعداد اثرات در دو روش به تفکیک مثبت و منفی یکسان است (96+ و 235-)، اما ارزش اثرات دو روش کاملا با یکدیگر متفاوت بوده است. یافتهها: ارزش اثرات مثبت به تفکیک دو روش آیکولد مرسوم و اصلاحشده بهترتیب برابر با 156+ و 2/260+ و ارزش اثرات منفی بههمین ترتیب بالغبر 341- و 8/392- بوده است. این مقادیر حاکی از افزایش ارزش اثرات مثبت و منفی بهترتیب بالغبر 8/66 و 2/15 درصد در روش آیکولد اصلاحشده نسبت به آیکولد مرسوم است. نرمالسازی نتایج روش آیکولد اصلاحشده حاکی است که ارزش نهایی اثرات محیط فیزیکی مورد نظر به تفکیک مثبت و منفی جهت مقایسه با مبانی تصمیمگیری روش لئوپولد ایرانی، بالغبر 83/0+ و 08/1- بوده است و در این حالت، اجرای پروژه و البته فقط برای محیط فیزیکی با انجام طرحهای اصلاحی بلامانع است. بحث و نتیجهگیری: با استراتژی ارایهشده در این تحقیق (نرمالسازی نتایج روش آیکولد اصلاحشده)، میتوان از روش آیکولد اصلاحشده بهتنهایی و بهنحو موثری استفاده نمود و در این صورت نیازی به استفاده از دو روش همزمان(روشهای تلفیقی)برای ارزیابی نخواهد بود.
