عوامل اثرگذار بر تمایل جوامع روستایی به مشارکت در طرحهای جنگلداری در شمال ایران

ملخص المقالة :
زمینه و هدف: امروزه برای رسیدن به مدیریت پایدار جنگلها، مشارکت جوامع محلی بهعنوان یک شیوه مناسب مطرح است. مشارکت جوامع محلی در برنامه های حفاظتی و طرح های جنگلداری میتواند تضمینی بر مدیریت پایدار جنگل ها باشد. روش بررسی: این پژوهش باهدف بررسی عوامل اثرگذار در پذیرش اجتماعی و تمایل جوامع روستایی به مشارکت در طرح های جنگلداری با استفاده از روش پیمایشی و تکمیل پرسشنامه در روستای نجارده و بندپی در مجاورت جنگل خیرود از توابع نوشهر استان مازندران انجام شد. مدل مفهومی پژوهش با تعریف 9 فرضیه و مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری و تحلیل عاملی تأییدی مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. یافته ها: نتایج آزمونهای آماری نشان داد که اختلاف معنیداری بین زنان و مردان در تمایل به مشارکت وجود ندارد. همچنین از بین تمامی متغیرهای مربوط به پاسخگویان، تحصیلات و موقعیت شغلی افراد اختلاف معنیداری را ازلحاظ تمایل به مشارکت نشان میدهد. نتایج مطالعات همبستگی و تحلیل عاملی تأییدی نیز ضمن تایید مدل استخراجی نشان داد که نگرش ذهنی افراد مهمترین مؤلفه اثرگذار در تمایل روستاییان به مشارکت است. همچنین سهولت در مشارکت و میزان سودمندی آن تأثیر مثبت و مستقیم بر تمایل روستاییان به مشارکت در طرحهای جنگلداری دارد. بحث و نتیجه گیری: بر این اساس چنانچه هدف افزایش مشارکت روستاییان در طرحهای جنگلداری باشد، جلب اعتماد و افزایش آگاهی و درک روستاییان نسبت به سهولت و سودمندی مشارکت میتواند راهگشا باشد.
