بررسی اثرات حکمرانی نو بر گفتمان نوآوری اجتماعی تحولگرا (مطالعه موردی: آذربایجان شرقی)

ملخص المقالة :
مفهوم نوآوری اجتماعی تحول گرا دربرگیرنده گروهی از راهبرد ها، مفاهیم، اندیشه ها و سازمان های نوینی است که تأمین کننده نیازهای اجتماعی است. از طرفی حکمروایی خوب در ارتقا شاخص های آن نقش بسیار موثر دارند زیرا درک و آگاهی از تأثیر فرآیند مدیریتی محلی بر فضاهای روستایی، تصویر متفاوت و متنوعی را ارائه می دهد که تحقیق حاضر جنبه گفتمان نوآوری اجتماعی ساکنین را در نواحی روستایی مورد مطالعه و بررسی قرار داده است. تحقیق برمبنای هدف کاربردی و از حیث امکان کنترل متغیرها، از نوع تحقیقات شبه تجربی بود، زیرا با توجه به پس رویدادی بودن تحقیق امکان کنترل متغیرها به نحو کامل وجود ندارد. در این تحقیق با مطالعه ادبیات نظری و تحقیقات گذشته، متغیرها و ابعاد تحقیق در 8 بعد کلی مشخص گردید. مشارکت، پاسخگویی، مسئولیت پذیری، قانون محوری، شفافیت، کارایی و اثربخشی، عدالت و برابری و اجماع گرایی که تفسیر آن در کلیّت گفتمان نوآوری اجتماعی تحول گرا در نواحی روستایی دهستان لیلان جنوبی، مورد توجه بود. برآیند تحلیل ها نشان داد که بیشترین معیار مشارکت و کم اهمیت ترین معیار اجماع گرایی در تبیین و پیش بینی متغیر وابسته(گفتمان نوآوری اجتماعی تحول گرا) نقش دارد. تحقیق توجه و ارتقا شاخص های گفتمان نوآوری اجتماعی را در قالب ارتقا و بهبود معیارهای حکمروایی خوب در نواحی روستایی مورد مطالعه بیان می دارد.
