Public university organization should focus on creating environments where employees feel valued and supported in order for them to be more productive. This can be done through offering flexible working hours, green recruitment, green training etc. Secondly, organizations should ensure that they are taking into account the environmental, well-being, social, and economic impacts when making HR policies. By implementing green policies such as energy conservation measures, investing in employee development programs, and promoting diversity in the workplace, organizations can create a more sustainable workplace that benefits both the environment and its employees.
