طراحی مدل موانع پیادهسازی صنعت نسل 4 در بخش مراقبتهای بهداشتی با رویکرد مدلسازی ساختاری تفسیری فراگیر فازی

ملخص المقالة :
مقدمه: مزایای گسترده نسل 4 ام صنعت باعث ورود این فناوریها به حوزه مراقبت بهداشتی گردید. بسیاری از کشورها با پیادهسازی موفق مراقبت بهداشتی 4.0 توانستهاند مزایای رقابتی زیادی برای خود ایجاد نمایند. در ایران هنوز نسل چهارم مراقبت بهداشتی به طور مناسب بررسی و پیادهسازی نشده است. شناسایی موانع پیادهسازی و روابط بین آنها میتواند تصمیمگیرندگان را در اخذ تصمیمات مناسب برای تسهیل این مورد یاری رساند. این تحقیق با هدف شناسایی این موانع و تحلیل و روابط فیمابین آنها انجام شده است. روش پژوهش: این تحقیق در 2 مرحله انجام شد. در مرحله اول با استفاده از مصاحبههای نیمه ساختاریافته با خبرگان و استفاده از تحلیل تماتیک به موانع شناسایی گردید و در فاز دوم با استفاده از پرسشنامه محقق ساخته و روش مدلسازی ساختاری تفسیری فراگیر فازی، مدل علی روابط فیمابین موانع به منظور شناسایی بنیادیترین موانع طراحی شد. شیوه نمونهگیری در هر دو مرحله قضاوتی و گلوله برفی و حجم نمونه در آنها به ترتیب 16 و 10 نفر است. یافتهها: نتایج حاصل از مصاحبه با خبرگان منجر به شناسایی 44 مانع اصلی گردید که در قالب 7 دسته موانع ناشی از تحریم، موانع مالی و اقتصادی، موانع سختافزاری و نرمافزاری، موانع همکاری، موانع رقابتی، موانع مدیریتی و موانع نیروی انسانی دستهبندی شدند. نتایج مدلسازی نشان داد موانع ناشی از تحریم، موانع رقابتی و موانع نیروی انسانی به ترتیب مهمترین موانع هستند و باید در سیاستگذاریها به آنها توجه ویژه داشت. نتیجهگیری: نتایج پژوهش دیدگاه جدیدی در خصوص موانع مراقبت بهداشتی 4.0 ارائه نمود این دیدگاه درباره موانع مرتبط با تحریمها و مسائل رقابتی است در نتیجه تسهیل ارتباطات بینالمللی، آموزش مهارتهای تصمیمگیری و حل مسئله و توسعه فعالیتهای دانشبنیان برای رفع موانع تحریم توصیه میگردد. همچنین تسهیل مشارکت عمومی-خصوصی و تسهیل شرایط حضور شرکتهای بینالمللی در حوزه سلامت میتواند به افزایش رقابت کمک نماید.
