ارزیابی و انتخاب استراتژیکی تأمینکنندگان دارو مبتنی بر مدل BOCR با استفاده از تکنیک تصمیم گیری چند معیاره فازی

مقدمه: در دهههای اخیر، نحوه تأمین مواد اولیه و انتخاب تأمینکنندگان در زنجیره تأمین نظام سلامت، چالشی مهم بوده است. زنجیره تأمین صنعت دارویی بخشی از این چالشهاست و برای انتخاب تأمینکنندگان دارویی در کشور مکانیزم خاصی وجود ندارد. لذا هدف پژوهش حاضر بددست اورن مدلی جهت ارزیابی و اولویتبندی تأمینکنندگان دارو برای داروخانهها میباشد. روش پژوهش: روش تحقیق توصیفی - تحلیلی و یک مطالعه میدانی بوده و جامعه آماری شامل گروهی از مدیران داروخانههای شیراز میباشند که نمونه آماری از افراد مجرب و خبره مدیران انتخابشدهاند.ابزار اندازهگیری در این تحقیق شامل سه پرسشنامه محقق ساخته بوده که در اختیار پاسخگویان قرار دادهشدهاند. تجزیهوتحلیل دادهها در دو بخش توصیفی و تحلیلی با استفاده از ساختار BOCR و روش MCDM فازی، صورت گرفته است. ضمن وزن دهی معیارهای تأمینکنندگان، رتبهبندی تأمینکنندگان بر اساس معیارهای تعیینشده انجامشده است. یافتهها: مطابق یافتههای تحلیل تائید عاملی 14 زیر معیار در چهار معیار اصلی تعیین شد. رتبهبندی وزنی نشان داد که اولویت اول و دوم شاخصهای "چابکی و سرعت (وزن0.111)" و "امکان تخفیف (وزن 0.069)" مربوط به شاخصهای فرصتها هستند. همچنین نتایج حاصل از اولویت بندی تأمینکنندگان نشان داد دارو پخش (شاخص شباهت 1) و هجرت (شاخص شباهت 076) در اولویتهای اول و دوم قرار گرفتند. نتیجهگیری: نتایج نشان داد عواملی مانند تنوع محصولات، نرخ پایین عیوب، تجربه و تخصص تأمینکننده، کیفیت محصولات، به روز بودن فناوریها،امکان تخفیف سفارش محصول،اعتبار تأمینکننده، چابکی، هزینه بازرسی، هزینه حملونقل، قیمت محصول، شکایات مشتری، میزان تأخیر در ارائه محصول و شهرت تأمینکننده از مهمترین معیارهای مؤثر بر انتخاب تأمینکنندگان دارو هستند.
