ارائه مدلی جهت ارزیابی پایداری زنجیره تامین صنایع دارویی با استفاده از سیستم استنتاج فازی مبتنی بر شبکه عصبی(ANFIS)

مقدمه: نظام سلامت به جهت سروکار داشتن با انسانها و سلامتی آنها، یکی از پیچیدهترین زنجیرههای تامین کالا در دنیا را داراست، زنجیره تامین صنعت دارویی بخشی از این نظام است. به همین دلیل هدف این پژوهش بدست آوردن مدلی جهت ارزیابی پایداری زنجیره تامین در این صنعت میباشد. روش پژوهش: ابتدا با مرور مطالعات پیشین، شاخصهای مربوط به پایداری زنجیره تامین در ابعاد اقتصادی، اجتماعی، زیست محیطی و حکمرانی استخراج گردید و پس از اجرای تکنیک دلفی فازی و اجماع نظر خبرگان مدل مفهومیارائه شد. سپس با استفاده از روش پیمایشی به منظور پیادهسازی مدل طراحی شده در ANFIS با کمک پرسشنامهای جهت ارزیابی عوامل پایداری در مطالعه موردی مورد نظر بهره گرفته شد. یافتهها: ANFISهای طراحی شده با 50 دوره آموزش به میزان قابل قبول خطا دست یافتند. در بعد اقتصادی و اجتماعی روند تغییرات پایداری ابتدا به صورت کاهشی و سپس افزایشی بود. در بعد زیست محیطی که شاخصهای منفی در نظر گرفته شده بودند روند کاملا کاهشی است. در بعد حکمرانی روند تغییرات پایداری افزایشی است .در پژوهش حاضر جذر ریشه میانگین خطا (RMSE) به عنوان معیاری جهت اعتبارسنجی مدل، مد نظر قرار گرفته شده است. نتیجهگیری: برای بهبود در وضعیت ابتدا باید پایداری ارزیابی و اندازه گیری شود تا پس از اقدامات بهبود بتوان نتایج حاصله را با اندازهگیری مشخص کرد. با توجه به یافته ها میتوان نتیجه گرفت که مدل طراحی شده در ANFIS ابزار مناسبی برای ارزیابی پایداری است.
