Instability due to trapped electrons in magnetized multi-ion dusty plasmas

AbstractAn attempt has been made to find out the effects of trapped electrons in dust-ion-acoustic solitary waves in magnetized multi-ion plasmas, as in most space plasmas, the hot electrons follow the trapped/vortex-like distribution. To do so, we have derived modified Zakharov–Kuznetsov equation using reductive perturbation method and its solution. A small-kdocumentclass[12pt]{minimal} usepackage{amsmath} usepackage{wasysym} usepackage{amsfonts} usepackage{amssymb} usepackage{amsbsy} usepackage{mathrsfs} usepackage{upgreek} setlength{oddsidemargin}{-69pt} egin{document}$$k$$end{document} perturbation technique was employed to find out the instability criterion and growth rate of such a wave.
