مطالعه تطبیقی اثرات مؤلفههای جرمخیزی محیطی بر الگوهای رفتاری شهروندان در شهر شیراز (مطالعه موردی مناطق 2 و 6)

ملخص المقالة :
بروز ناهنجاریها و بهطور ویژه وقوع جرم، یک از مشکلاتی است که هم بر مطلوبیت فضاهای عمومی شهری اثرگذار بوده و هم از ویژگیهای محیطی این فضاها اثرپذیر میباشد. لذا شناخت صحیح ویژگیهای محیطی و برنامهریزی برای آن، یکی از حوزههای عمل برنامهریزیان جهت برنامهریزی فضا و رفتار و سپس مدیریت آن میباشد. در همین راستا پژوهش حاضر برآن شد مسیرهای اثرگذاری بر رفتارهای جرمخیز در گسترههای نسبتاً امن و گسترههایی که احتمال و میزان وقوع جرم در آنها بالاتر است، را در دو منطقه از شهر شیراز، بهصورت تطبیقی مورد مطالعه قرار دهد. برای نیل به این هدف، پژوهش حاضر با استفاده از روشهای توصیفی- تحلیلی و پیمایشی مبادرت به جمعآوری دادههای مورد نیاز نموده و سپس با استفاده از آزمونهای T-test و تحلیل رگرسیون به تحلیل دادهها مبادرت نموده است. براساس نتایج حاصله، از منظر شاخصهای اقتصادی، اجتماعی- فرهنگی و انتظامی- مدیریتی دو منطقه 2 و 6 شهر شیراز تفاوت معناداری با یکدیگر ندارند اما از منظر شاخصهای کالبدی دو منطقه اختلاف معناداری با یکدیگر دارند. نتایج حاصله از تحلیل نظرات شهروندان تفوّق، برتری و کارآمدی رویکردهای پلیسمبنا را در برخورد با جرمخیزی نشان میدهد؛ درحالی که مقایسه وضعیت مؤلفههای کالبدی دو منطقه نشان از اختلاف معنادار دو منطقه از منظر این مؤلفهها دارد و رویکردهای مبتنی بر طراحی محیطی در کنار رویکردهای سیستم قانونی و پلیسمبنا در محلات جرمخیز شهر شیراز اهمیت بیشتری دارد.
