ملخص المقالة :
هدف: شناسایی عوامل تشکیل دهنده الگوی مشارکت بخش غیردولتی در توسعه آموزش عالی با تاکید بر رشته های تقاضامحور روش شناسی: پژوهش کاربردی و بر حسب داده های کمی و پیمایشی مقطعی بود. جامعه آماری 560 نفر از مدیران و کارکنان دانشگاه های غیردولتی استان تهران بود که با طبقه ای تصادفی تعداد 234 نفر نمونه انتخاب شد. داده های از طریق پرسشنامه محقق ساخته جمع‌آوری و روایی صوری و محتوایی و آلفای کرونباخ جهت تعیین روایی وپایایی استفاده شد. تحلیل داده ها با روش تحلیل عاملی تاییدی، آزمون تی دو گروه مستقل و تحلیل واریانس یک طرفه انجام شد. یافته ها: نتایج بدست آمده نشان داد الگوی مشارکت بخش غیردولتی در توسعه آموزش عالی با رویکرد رشته های تقاضامحور از 6 بعد، 20 مولفه و 78 شاخص تشکیل شده است. بعد گسترش کیفی آموزش با 4 مولفه و 17 شاخص، بعد مالی- اقتصادی با 3 مولفه و 14 شاخص، بعدگسترش و تنوع خدمات با 3 مولفه و 9 شاخص، بعد بازاریابی و ارتباطات با 3 مولفه و 11 شاخص، بعد تغییر و نگاه حمایتی با 2 مولفه و 7 شاخص، بعد زیرساختی با 5 مولفه و 20 شاخص مورد تایید قرار گرفتند. نتیجه گیری: علاوه بر دیدگاه غیرانتفاعی به آموزش عالی با هدف پرورش نیروی انسانی مورد نیاز بازار کار، می توان با بکارگیری عوامل شناسایی شده در این پژوهش ضمن هدفمند نمودن دوره های آموزشی دانشگاهی برای جامعه و صنعت، داوطلبان تحصیل در دانشگاه را به سمت رشته های کاربردی و مورد نیاز جامعه هدایت کرد.
