ملخص المقالة :
رفاه ذهنی، توصیف افراد از میزان خوشبختی، رضایت از كيفيت زندگی یا فراوانی خلق مثبت و شادكامي تعریف شده است. هدف مقاله حاضر، تحلیل جامعه¬شناختی رفاه ذهنی خانواده¬های تهرانی و ارائه الگو بود. روش تحقیق از نوع کیفی بود. جامعه آماری را خبرگان در حوزه¬ی جامعه¬شناسی خانواده و رفاه اجتماعی شهر تهران در سال 1401 تشکیل دادند. حجم نمونه 15 نفر تا رسیدن به اشباع نظری به روش گلوله¬برفی بود. برای گردآوری داده¬ها از مصاحبه نیمه¬ساختاریافته استفاده شد. جهت سنجش اعتبار پرسشنامه¬¬ از اعتبار درونی و برای سنجش پایایی از پایایی بازآزمون استفاده شد. برای تحلیل داده¬ها از روش «تحلیل¬مضمون» استفاده شد. از بین 236 کد اولیه، 70 کد طبقه¬بندی شده، 14 مضمون فرعی و 4 مضمون اصلی برای رفاه ذهنی خانواده¬های تهرانی از دیدگاه جامعه¬شناختی شامل: 1- احساس نشاط و شادی فردی 2- احساس نشاط و شادی جمعی 3- کیفیت زندگی ذهنی فردی 4- کیفیت زندگی ذهنی جمعی شناسایی و تحلیل شد و الگوی مورد نظر ارائه شد.
