ملخص المقالة :
هدف این پژوهش تعیین اثر درمان حساسیتزدایی و بازپردازش با حرکات چشم بر کاهش علائم سوگ کودکان سوگوار بود. طرح آزمایش تکموردی از نوع خط پایۀ چندگانۀ ناهمزمان و جامعۀ آماری پژوهش کودکان سوگوار شهر کرج بود که در طول ششماه گذشته پدر یا مادر خود را از دست داده بودند. با روش نمونهبردای هدفمند 3 کودک 10 تا 11 ساله به پرسشنامة سوگ کودکان (دیرگرو و دیگران، 2001) پاسخ دادند. پروتکل درمان در هشت جلسه و چهار مرحلۀ خط پایه و پیگیری در مورد تمام شرکتکنندهها اعمال شد. آزمودنیها قبل از درمان، پس از مداخله و پیگیری یکماهه با پرسشنامۀ مذکور ارزیابی شدند. دادهها با روشهای ترسیم دیداری، شاخص تغییر پایا و فرمول درصد بهبودی تحلیل شد و نشان داد درصد بهبودی کلی آزمودنیها در پایان درمان و در مراحل پیگیری در سطح معنادار بود. بر اساس یافتهها میتوان نتیجه گرفت درمان حساسیتزدایی و بازپردازش با حرکات چشم روشی کارآمد برای کاهش علائم سوگ کودکان است و بهعنوان اولویت اصلی پژوهشی و درمانی در این زمینه به متخصصان امر معرفی شود.
