چکیده مقدمه: روانشناسی اکت بدنبال افزایش کیفیت زندگی با کاهش تاثیرراهبردهای کنترل موثر، حمایت از تغییر رفتارمبتنی بر ارزشهاست. هدف از این پژوهش بررسی اثربخشی آموزش گروهی درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد بر گرایش سوء مصرف مواد مخدر در نوجوانان دختر بود. روش پژوهش: پژوهش از نوع روش نیمه آزمایشی با طرح پیش آزمون پس آزمون با گروه کنترل بود. جامعه آماری تمامی دانش آموزان دختر مقطع متوسطه دوم شهر قزوین بودند که در سال تحصیلی 1401-1400 مشغول به تحصیل بودند. گروه نمونه تعداد 30 نفر بودند که با استفاده از روش نمونهگیری خوشهای چند مرحلهای تصادفی انتخاب شدند. جهت جمع آوری اطلاعات در این پژوهش از پرسشنامه آمادگی اعتیاد زرگر استفاده گردید، برای تحلیل دادهها از تحلیل کواریانس استفاده شد. داده ها با استفاده از نرم افزار SPSS نسخه 28 تحلیل گردید. یافتهها: نتایج حاصل از تحلیل کواریانس نشان داد که تفاوت معناداری بین نمرات پیش آزمون و پس آزمون وجود دارد و آموزش گروهی درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد موجب کاهش گرایش به سوء مصرف مواد مخدر در نوجوانان دختر شده است. نتیجه گیری: آموزش گروهی درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد با افزایش پذیرش و انعطاف پذیری روانشناختی و تعهد فرد به انجام اعمال معنادار مبتنی بر ارزشهای انسانی منجر به کاهش گرایش به سوء مصرف مواد مخدر در نوجوانان میگردد.
