مقايسه اثربخشي درمان شناختی رفتاری و درمان هیجانمدار بر اضطراب و تحمل پریشانی زنان مبتلا به بیماری کرونر قلبی

ملخص المقالة :
چکیده مقدمه: بیماری قلبی عروقی یکی از شایعترین عوارض قلبی و بهعنوان یک اختلال مزمن، پیشرونده و ناتوانکننده شناخته میشود. هدف پژوهش حاضر مقايسه اثربخشي درمان شناختی رفتاری و درمان هیجانمدار بر اضطراب و تحمل پریشانی زنان مبتلا به بیماری کرونر قلبی بود. روش پژوهش: پژوهش حاضر نيمهآزمایشی با طرح پیشآزمون - پسآزمون با گروه گواه همراه با مرحله پیگیری بود. جامعه آماری شامل تمامی زنان مبتلا به بیماری کرونر قلبی مراجعهکننده به مرکز تخصصی بیمارستان شهید لواسانی تهران در تابستان سال ۱۴۰۰ بود که به روش داوطلبانه 45 نفر انتخاب و بهطور تصادفی ساده به دو گروه آزمون (30 نفر) و گواه (۱۵ نفر) تقسیم شدند. ابزارهای سنجش شامل پرسشنامه اضطراب بک و همکاران و مقیاس تحمل پریشانی سیمونز و گاهر بود. یکی از گروههای آزمایش مداخله شناختی رفتاری و گروه دیگر مداخله هیجانمدار را دریافت کردند. گروه آزمایش اول در ده جلسه حضوری ۹۰ دقیقهای در ده هفته و گروه آزمایش دوم در 9 جلسه حضوری 90 دقیقهای در نه هفته تحت مداخله قرار گرفتند و گروه گواه مداخله معمولی را دریافت نمود. جهت تجزیهوتحلیل دادهها از نرمافزار SPSS-16 و آزمون تحلیل واریانس با اندازهگیری مکرر بین گروهی در سطح معناداری 05/0= استفاده شد. یافتهها: نتایج نشان داد اثربخشی درمان شناختی رفتاری و هیجانمدار در کاهش اضطراب تفاوت معنادار ندارند و تأثیر یکسانی دارند (05/0>p). اما در مؤلفه تحمل پریشانی درمان شناختی رفتاری مؤثرتر است (05/0>p).
