چکیده مقدمه: پژوهشهای متعدد به بالا بودن نشخوار فکری در زنان مبتلا به اختلال افسردگی اساسی اشاره دارند. هدف پژوهش حاضر همسنجی درمان فراشناختی و درمان مبتنی بر فعالسازی رفتاری بر ابعاد نشخوار فکری در زنان مبتلا به اختلال افسردگی اساسی بود. روش پژوهش: پژوهش حاضر مطالعه شبهآزمایشی با طرح پیشآزمون - پسآزمون - پیگیری با گروه گواه بود. جامعه آماری این پژوهش شامل کلیه زنان دارای اختلال افسردگی اساسی مراجعهکننده به کلینیکهای روانشناسی مستقر در منطقه 8 شهر تهران بود که تعداد 45 نفر به شیوه هدفمند انتخاب و با گمارش تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش و یک گروه گواه قرار گرفتند. ابزار این پژوهش پرسشنامه نشخوار فکری بود. برای گروه آزمایش اول درمان فراشناخت و برای گروه آزمایش دوم درمان فعالسازی رفتاری در 8 جلسه 90 دقیقهای برگزار شد، اما گروه گواه مداخلهای دریافت نکرد. دادهها با بهرهگیری از تحليل واریانس آميخته تجزیهوتحلیل شدند. یافته¬ها: نتایج حاکی از آن بود که درمان فراشناختی و درمان فعالسازی رفتاری باعث کاهش نشخوار فکری و مؤلفههای آن در پایان مداخلات و دوره پیگیری شده بودند (05/0p>). نتایج نشان داد درمان فعالسازی رفتاری در کاهش علائم نشخوار فکری، نسبت به درمان فراشناختی اثربخشی بیشتری را نشان میدهد (05/0p>). نتیجهگیری: درمان فعالسازی رفتاری به دلیل تأثیری که بر افسردگی دارد میتواند به تنهایی و یا با درمان مکمل در کاهش نشخوار فکری و علائم افسردگی در زنان مبتلا به اختلال افسردگی اساسی مؤثر باشد.
