اثر بخشی رفتاردرمانی دیالکتیک بر سبکهای دلبستگی و ابعاد تحول هویت در نوجوانان

چکیده مقدمه: نوجوانی دوره مهمی از رشد اجتماعی، روانی و جسمانی است که بزرگسالی را تحت تأثیر قرار میدهد. لذا این پژوهش با هدف، بررسی تاثیر رفتاردرمانی دیالکتیک بر سبکهای دلبستگی و ابعاد تحول هویت در نوجوانان انجام شد. روش پژوهش: روش پژوهش به صورت نیمه آزمایشی با طرح پیش آزمون- پس آزمون و پیگیری با گروه کنترل بود. جامعه پژوهش شامل کلیه نوجوانان دختر 13 تا 16 ساله ناحیه ۱ شهرستان بهارستان که در سال¬ تحصیلی 1402-1401 در کلاسهای هفتم تا دهم بودند که در سال 1401 به مرکز مشاوره آموزش و پرورش ارجاع داده شدند. از این تعداد، ۲ گروه 20 نفره با روش نمونهگیری در دسترس انتخاب و به صورت تصادفی به گروه آزمایش و گروه کنترل تقسیم شدند و به پرسشنامه سبکهای دلبستگی هازن و شیور و پرسشنامهی ابعاد هویت برزونسکی در سه نوبت پیش- پس¬آزمون و پیگیری پاسخ دادند. آزمودنیهای گروه آزمایش تحت رفتار درمانی دیالکتیک، به صورت هفتهای ۱ جلسه 60 دقیقه¬ای قرار گرفتند ولی به گروه کنترل آموزشی داده نشد. دادهها با نرمافزار SPSS و با استفاده از آزمون تحلیل واریانس با اندازه گیری مکرر و سطح معنیدار 05/0< p تجزیه و تحلیل آماری شدند. یافتهها: نتایج نشان داد که رفتاردرمانی دیالکتیک بر سبکهای دلبستگی و ابعاد تحول هویت تاثیر معناداری دارد. نتیجه¬گیری: با توجه به نتایج این پژوهش میتوان گفت رفتاردرمانی دیالکتیک منجر به افزایش سبک دلبستگی ایمن و سالم و تحول هویت سالم در نوجوانان می¬شوند.
