اثربخشی آموزش هوش معنوی بر استرس (مقابله مسأله مدار، هیجان مدار و اجتنابی) و خودشکوفایی مادران فرزندان مبتلا به نیازهایهای خاص

چکیده مقدمه: هوش معنوی به عنوان زيربنای باورهای فرد نقش اساسی در زمینههای گوناگون زندگی انسان دارد. هدف اين مطالعه بررسی اثربخشی آموزش هوش معنوی بر استرس (مقابله مسأله مدار، هیجان مدار و اجتنابی) و خودشکوفایی مادران فرزندان مبتلا به نیازهایهای خاص بود. روش پژوهش: روش پژوهــش حاضــر نیمــه آزمایشــی از نــوع پیش آزمــون و پس آزمــون بــا گــروه کنتــرل و مرحله پیگیری بود. جامعـة آمـاری پژوهـش شـامل کلیـه مادران با فرزندان دارای نیازهای خاص شهر همدان بودند کـه فرزندانشان در سال تحصیلی 1400-1401 دانش آموز مدارس عادی بودند و از بیـن ایـن گـروه تعـداد 26 نفـر بـا اسـتفاده از روش نمونه گیـری داوطلبانه انتخـاب شـدند و بـه صـورت تصادفـی در گـروه مداخله و گـروه کنتـرل قـرار گرفتنـد. ابزار پژوهـش شـامل پرسشنامه مقابله با استرس اندلر و پارکر و پرسشنامه شکوفایی ســلیمانی و همکاران بود. مداخله آموزش هوش معنوی در 8 جلسـه 60 دقیقهای بـرای گـروه مداخله اجـرا شـد. داده هـا بـا نـرم افزارآمـاری SPSS نســخه 25 و بـا اسـتفاده از روش تحلیل کوواریانس چند متغیری و تحلیل واریانس با اندازه گیری مکرر تحلیل شــدند. یافتهها: نتایـج کواریانـس نشـان داد آموزش هوش معنوی موجب افزایش معنادار در مقابله مسئله - مدار، هیجانهای مثبت، روابط، معنایابی و پیشــرفت در پس آزمون نسبت به پیش آزمون در گروه مداخله شد (001/0 > P) و در مقایسه با گروه کنترل موجب کاهش مقابله هیجان مدار و مقابله اجتنابی شــد و این تاثیر در مرحله پیگیری نیز قابل مشاهده بود. نتیجه گیری: با توجه به آثار مثبت آموزش هوش معنوی، میتوان از یافتههای این پژوهشها در تدوین محتوای برنامه گروهی و جلسات آموزش مربی و والدین با هدف پیشگیری از آسیبهای اجتماعی به ویژه رفتارهای پرخطر در فرزندان مبتلا به نیازهایهای خاص بهره جست.
