اثربخشی زوج درمانی شناختی رفتاری بر میزان صمیمیت و تنظیم شناختی هیجانی زوجین جوان استان قزوین

چکیده مقدمه: مداخلات آموزشی که باهدف درمان و التیام انواع روابط انجام می شود در اکثر موارد باعث سرزندگی فردی و میان فردی زوجین شده است.به همین دلیل پژوهش حاضر با هدف اثربخشی رفتار درمانی شناختی بر صمیمیت و تنظیم شناختی هیجانی زوجین جوان شهر قزوین انجام گرفت. روش پژوهش: روش پژوهش حاضر شبه آزمايشي با طرح پيش آزمون و پس آزمون به همراه گروه كنترل است. جامعه آماری در پژوهش حاضر شامل زوج های جوان مراجعه کننده به یکی از مراکز مشاوره و روانشناسی استان قزوین بود که از بین آنها 32 نفره (16 نفر آزمایش و 16 نفر کنترل) (متشکل از 8 زوج) به صورت غیرتصادفی با ملاک ورود و خروج، انتخاب شدند. ابزار پژوهش شامل پرسشنامه صمیمیت باگاروزی و پرسشنامه تنظیم شناختی هیجان گارنفسکی بود. تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها از طریق آزمون پارامتری تحلیل کواریانس و با استفاده از نرم افزارآماری Spss22 صورت گرفت. یافته ها: مؤلفه های صمیمیت اجتماعی- تفریحی و صمیمیت جسمانی، اثر زوج درمانی شناختی رفتاری بر دیگر مؤلفه های صمیمیت زناشویی در سطح 01/0 معنادار است. نتیجه گیری: نتایج نشان داد که نمرات پس آزمون به نسبت نمرات پیش آزمون در متغیر صمیمت زناشویی و ابعاد آن و نیز متغیرتنظیم شناختی هیجانات منفی و تنظیم شناختی هیجانات مثبت دارای اختلاف معناداری بود که این نتایج حاکی از اثربخشی رفتار درمانی شناختی بر صمیمیت و تنظیم شناختی هیجانی زوجین داشت.
