ملخص المقالة :

چکیده مقدمه: یکی از مشکلات شایع در جوانان، وجود رفتارهای پرخطر جنسی است که با پیامدهای منفی متعددی همراه است و نیازمند مداخلات آموزشی می¬باشد. بنابراین پژوهش حاضر با هدف تعیین اثربخشی پروتکل مشاوره¬ای مدیریت شهوت جنسی در کاهش رفتارهای پرخطر جنسی جوانان انجام شد. روش پژوهش: پژوهش حاضر از نوع نیمه آزمایشی طرح پیش¬آزمون پس¬آزمون با گروه کنترل بود. جامعه آماری شامل تمامی جوانان پسر 24-18 سال دارای رفتارهای پرخطر جنسی در شهر بندرعباس و در محدوده زمانی سال 1401- 1400 بود. که تعداد 20 نفر با روش نمونه¬گیری در دسترس انتخاب و به¬ صورت تصادفی و با روش قرعه¬کشی در دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل (10 نفر در گروه آزمایش و 10 نفر در گروه کنترل) جایگزین شدند. افراد حاضر در گروه آزمایش پروتکل مشاوره¬ای مدیریت شهوت جنسی (12 جلسه) در هر هفته یک جلسه و به مدت 90-60 دقیقه دریافت نمودند. از پرسشنامه خطر پذیری جوانان ایرانی، زاده محمدی و همکاران استفاده شد. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده¬ها از تحلیل کوواریانس تک متغیری با نرم افزار SPSS نسخه 25 استفاده شد. یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد که پروتکل مشاوره¬ای مدیریت شهوت جنسی در کاهش رفتارهای پرخطر جنسی در مرحله پس آزمون موثر بود (01/0p <). نتیجه‌گیری: بر اساس نتایج حاصل از این مطالعه، پروتکل مشاوره¬ای مدیریت شهوت جنسی می¬تواند بر کاهش رفتارهای پرخطر جنسی جوانان موثر واقع شود.
