نگرش دونالد ترامپ به امنیت بین الملل: تحلیل رویکرد آمریکا در نظام بین الملل

ملخص المقالة :
دوره اول ریاست جمهوری دونالد ترامپ منجر به تغییر عمیقی در سیاست خارجی ایالات متحده شد. که در رکترین اول آمریکا نمود یافت. این دکترین نسبت به نهادهای چند جانبه بدبین بود و بر روابط دوجانبه تاکید داشت. به نظر می رسد این نگرش در دوره دوم ریاست جمهوری نیز ادامه خواهد داشت. او مجددا بر ضعف ابزارهای مقابله با تروریسم، ضعف اتحادهای چند جانبه تاکید کرده . مقابله با چین و روسیه را به عنوان اولویت اول سیاست خارجی خود مطرح کرده است. مقاله حاظر به دنبال ارائه فهمی جامع از امنیت بین الملل از منظر دونالد ترامپ از طریق بررسی اصول، خط و مشی ها و پیامدهای نگرش او به این مقوله می باشد. مقاله پیش رو از منظری خرد به مقوله سیاست بین الملل و سیاست خارجی پرداخته و سعی در فهم منظومه فکری رئیس جمهور ایالات متحده و تعریفی که از امنیت بین الملل ارائه می دهد دارد. نتیجه حاصل از این مطالعه این است که ترامپ با آینده نگری واقع بینانه نسبت به امکان افول جایگاه ایالات متحده در نظام بین الملل در مقابل قدرت هایی چون چین و اتحادیه اروپا به دنبال معک.س کرن فرایند افزایش قدرت آنها می باشد. این روند عملا با درگیر کردن روسیه در جنگ فرسایشی اکراین، که قبل از روی کار آمدن او آغاز شده و تضعیف نهادهای بین المللی که ستون های اصلی قدرت اتحادیه اروپا می باشند و در نهایت کند کردن روند رشد اقتصادی چین از طریق سیاست فشارهای اقتصادی دنبال می شود.
