تحلیل ابعاد و شاخص‌های حکمرانی شهری مؤثر بر هویت شهری: یک مطالعه فراترکیب

ملخص المقالة :
حکمرانی شهری با سیاست‌های کارآمد می‌تواند کیفیت زندگی را ارتقا دهد، میراث فرهنگی را حفظ کند و با توسعه فضاهای عمومی، هویت و حس تعلق شهری را تقویت سازد. هدف پژوهش حاضر، شناسایی و استخراج ابعاد و شاخص‌های حکمرانی شهری مؤثر بر هویت‌بخشی به شهرها با بهره‌گیری از روش فراترکیب است. در این راستا، تحلیل محتوای کیفی ۳۸ مقاله علمی‌پژوهشی داخلی (۱۳۹۲ تا ۱۴۰۳) و خارجی (۱۹۹۰ تا ۲۰۲۴) انجام شد. یافته‌ها نشان می‌دهد که ابعاد جامعه‌شناختی و بوم‌شناختی بیشترین فراوانی را در میان مطالعات داشته‌اند. همچنین، شاخص‌های مدیریت و برنامه‌ریزی فضایی و مشارکت شهروندان به‌عنوان پرتکرارترین مؤلفه‌ها در هویت‌بخشی شهری شناسایی شدند. با وجود تنوع مفاهیم و شاخص‌ها، فقدان یک چارچوب ارزیابی یکپارچه برای سنجش نقش حکمرانی شهری در هویت‌بخشی، یک چالش مهم و در عین حال فرصتی پژوهشی برای مطالعات آینده محسوب می‌شود. از این‌رو، شناسایی اقدامات کلیدی برای تقویت هویت شهری در چارچوب حکمرانی، ضرورتی انکارناپذیر است.
